GENERAL CONTRACT CONDITIONS
1. GENERAL PROVISIONS
A http://entry.kartingcee.eu/ online sales system is Syntex Europe s.r.o..’s (94 639, Iza, Iza 791., VAT No: SK2022454258, Company reg. nr.:36 836 486) internet catalogue, offering products and opportunities to participate in events organized by Syntex Europe s.r.o..
By placing a purchase on Syntex Europe s.r.o…’s (from here on Seller) website and completing either mobile, Barion or credit card or on-line card payment through a related bank site, according to terms defined in this document, a mutually binding buying contract is created between the Seller and company or private person making the purchase.
By clicking on the Payment button on the order placement page, buyer agrees with the contract conditions and here defined business regulations.
2. THE CONTRACT CONDITIONS
The conditions of purchase as well as product details of the complete product spectrum offered by the Seller can be found on the related webpage.
3. IDENTIFYING THE CONTRACTING PARTIES
The Seller is solely responsible for products displayed in the internet catalogue, as found on http://entry.kartingcee.eu/, that are clearly identifiable as company’s own products, represent its own brand and are purchased either through mobile, Barion, bankcard or on-line card payment through a related bank site, according to related terms and conditions.
When completing the registration sheet, the buyer is required to fill their purchase data including their name, address, e-mail address and phone number. The Seller delivers the product/service and issues an invoice according to the provided data. The Seller is not responsible for any damage resulting due to buyers providing faulty or false data.
The Seller is entitled to cancel any faulty or fake registrations as well as inspect any registration that may not appear genuine.
4. PURCHASING PRICE, PAYMENT AND DELIVERY
The purchasing price is always displayed next to the product. The purchase can be completed in one of the following ways: mobile phone or credit card purchase (in which case the buyer may be re-directed to their own bank’s website). Syntex Europe s.r.o. is not responsible for any errors occurring on the bank’s website. A successful (or failed) purchase is confirmed through an automated confirmation e-mail, containing reservation number and purchase code.
The automated confirmation e-mail is sent to the e-mail the buyer has provided. The buyer assumes any potential damages arising as a result of proving an invalid e-mail address.
Once the payment has been completed, Syntex Europe s.r.o issues and sends an electronic invoice, based on the registration data and e-mail provided by the buyer.
The products can be personally collected at the specified event.
5. INTERNET PURCHASE, PAYMENT AND PERSONAL COLLECTION
A successful internet registration in confirmed through an automated confirmation e-mail sent to your provided e-mail address, containing reservation number and purchase code. The buyer assumes any potential damages arising as a result of proving an invalid e-mail address.
The confirmation of successful purchase is considered to be a binding pre-contract between the Seller and Buyer, in accordance with the following conditions.
Following the successful purchase and completed payment, the Buyer can collect the product at the location and time specified by the Seller and in person only, within the deadline identified in the confirmation e-mail.
Only if these conditions are met the actual legal transaction can take place, whereby the Seller is required to deliver the purchased product to the Buyer.
In case the Buyer doesn’t personally collect the ordered product, following the successful purchase confirmation, at the time, location and manner previously specified, or if they don’t complete the payment within the provided deadline, the Seller is entitled to cancel the order and resell the product as it sees fit. In this instance the Buyer is not entitled to any kind of compensation and the Seller cannot be held responsible.
6. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT WITH THE CREDIT CARD
The payment completion through bank money transfer (wire transfer) is only considered valid when the Buyer’s designated bank account was charged and the bank simultaneously send a transaction confirmation to the Seller.
If the transaction fails to go through, the Seller informs the Buyer about the bank’s notice of failed transaction. Once the transaction has been successfully completed, an automated e-mail confirmation, including the purchase code is sent to the e-mail provided by the buyer.
7. PURCHASE AND PAYMENT THROUGH BARION
A ticket or product purchase through Barion, or credit card is considered complete when the Buyer’s registered bank account, designated in the application, has been charged with the product amount and the application simultaneously send a transaction confirmation to the Seller.
The Buyer will be informed of the successful transaction completion, through the phone number they provided. Furthermore, they will receive an e-mail confirmation of the purchase to the address they provided during the registration at http://entry.kartingcee.eu/
By placing a purchase order according to the terms of points 1 and 4, the Buyer agrees that the order becomes definitive, irrevocable, and the transaction represented by the order must be completed between Buyer and Seller according to the terms of the contract. The Buyer agrees that, once placed as specified in this Clause, the Buyer cannot cancel or rescind the order. All sales from the Seller to the Buyer will be considered final.
9. CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS
Customer complaints can be sent to the following e-mail address:
email@example.com. The complaint will be evaluated over a maximum period of 30 days. The customer will be informed of the complaint evaluation through e-mail.
10. DATA PROTECTION
The buyer acknowledges and accepts, that the Seller will handle all online purchase-related data confidentially and use it only for the purchase purposes and shall not forward it to any third parties in any shape and form. Buyer gives their consent for the Seller to handle the data in the above described manner.
The Seller’s online store serves the exclusive purpose of offering the opportunity to make on-line purchases, in accordance to regulations provided in points 5 and 6.
Provisions not regulated in this customer agreement are the subject to the Hungarian Civil Code.
